Re-paint............

Does anybody know what is the best kind of paint i should use if i wish to paint over my old bedroom furniture ( this is just the old flat pack furniture. mfi ) and will i need to prime, undercoat etc...

Can anyone recommend a good face mask for oily skin? I use 'mudd' face mask at the moment and the effect it had is starting to wear off. I think my skin is starting to get used to it. Thanks x
