Is it much worse now or is it just reported more? It does seem like the former, not a day goes by that we don't hear of lowlives making someones life a misery. Why are we so bad at dealing with it?...

How to avoid getting boyfriends cold/flu

I dont seem to be effected...yet!!! I have tried eating oranges. The cold and flu tablets seem to suggest it helps with the symptoms, which would suggest it wont stop you getting it or help cure it...

I cant sleep and got addicted to Co Drydramol pain killers to help me sleep. I stopped taking them when I realised I was getting dependent,,so now take 2 Piriton a night,a bit less...
