Todays menu - Just got back from my fav Asian supermarket - got some Nori (seaweed) and some

i have heard its not actually seaweed but spring greens, deep fried...but what else is in it? to give it that taste? i know some appear to have brown sugar on top too...? but whats the flavouring?...
