Frying pan burns

What's the best way of removing burned on stains from a non-stick pan? It's a circulon pan and about 17 years old so I don't want to scrub the coating off.

HP Printer

I've recenty installed a HP F4200 printer/copier/scanner and now all my windows are opening with just the tool bars showing until I maximise them, even when the printer is switched off. Any ideas?
