which genealogy site is the best value?

there are so many sites that do the same thing. which site is the best value and easiest to use? ive used a few but only on a pay as you go basis. they are quite expensive so need some advice from you...

i have access rights over the lane in front of my house there is a gate at the bottom opening to a field this has not ben used for at lest 15 years can the owner of the land still claim access

i live in an and of terrace house and our neighbours use our garden to access their house. they have a front door but use the back enterence as their main access. they know that i have a pet dog but constantly leave the gate open. am i right in thinking

that this access is only supposed to be used for taking their bins out or is there nothing i can do????
