Does anyone know where i can get some free sample menus for the GI index diet because i don't want to buy a book unless i think i am going to be able to follow the diet as i am a fussy eater.

Foundation

I don't wear make up very often and i have problems with foundation looking patchy and flaky in places. Can anyone recommend a good foundation (that is affordable) and offer any tips for applying it.
