neighbours tree

my neighbour has a really big tree in his garden and the fool has lit a bonfire underneath it..the trouble is, the branches have caught fire and i think he is in the pub, what shud i do?

donkeys years ago, my grandad used to sing me a song, it went like this"suzannah he had an old sow(snort like a pig)ow, idley dow, suzannah he had an old sow..it went on doing all the farmyard...
