excess baggage

anyone know what penalty charges are for excess baggage? we go from Heathrow to Bangkok on Thai airways and are allowed20kg but we are both over by about 15kg in total. thanks

any ideas on party games for kids. gotta do a party for about 60 kids aged 1-10 years. ive got plenty of music but need a couple of easy childrens games to keep them amused. thanks.
