Youtube freezing up

When viewing a video on youtube, in most instances it will freeze up after about 30secs and flicker. Does anybody know a fix? Thanks Nick

Stop tap key?

Anyone know where I can get a key to fit a hexagonal stop tap? I've not seen a stop tap like this before and the plumb centres only recognise the conventional square head type. Please help. Thanks...
