I am wearing a new dress today. It is a 60's style shift dress, above the knee and I'm wearing it with opaque tights. Just before she went out I asked my daughter if she thought my dress was too short...

Back pain - rest it or keep moving??

I am still having pain in right hip, and back pain is back again( hurt whilst lifting heavy box couple years ago). Not too bad when generally moving about, its bending and turning that hurt the most....
