inoculations help

I need to know what inoculations I had as a child but moved around wiltshire a lot so different doctors present surgery only go back to 1999 and chatsworth house only to 1969 and wilts health...

ok I am 59 and not good wth mobile phones my friend gave me her ex's phone on virgin pay as you go, i managed to unlock it and put another sim in the message came up sim lock enter password, my own...
