screen burn & rear projection tvs

I have heard that you can get screan burn with rear projection tv's and as I planned to play games on mine I'm a little worried, are my concerns unfounded? I also saw a rearprojection tv for sale...

Does anyone ever remember a tv show back in the 90's for kids and it involved two teams running around a life size house and in each room they had to find an object by ransacking the place , I think...
