cyprus

i thought the currency of cyprus was the cypriot pound. but i was told today that you can use the euro, is this right ?.

I'm looking at Cyprus for our holiday in May. We don't want a busy resort with any of the nightlife, just something a little quieter and more relaxing with good beaches / eating / shopping / tourist...

where shall I go for great weather and luxury in Ocotber/Novemeber?

Any one have any ideas for a great place to go in October/Novemeber? I am thinking of Cyprus maybe? We will be looking for a 5* hotel so any ideas also welcome! Thanks everyone!
