How can I change the order my ipod shuffle plays the songs in, when I put it on the play in order mode?

iTunes - Free Singles?

Just bought an iPod, it came with a leaflet that said every week you can get a free single of the week.  When I went on to the iTunes website I can't find any mention of this - has it stopped?

iTunes music downloads - cost shown in $ ??

Just bought an iPod shuffle.  About to download some music from iTunes but it shows the prices in dollars even though the store is set to UK?  How can I change this please.

When bulbs eg. daffodills etc have died

How long should you leave it before you cut away the stems and leaves after the flower has died.  Every year many bulbs come up "blind" what am I doing wrong, should I be feeding them as well?
