Explorer 6 installation error

everytime i try to instal internet explorer 6 it says the file is already there, but i deleted the whole explorer 6 folder and started again and yet it wont let me install it, can anyone help with...

i wonder if anyone can help me out.i have tried to make a copy of an NTSC to pal it does copy but in black and white is there anyway i can get it to colour?
