Noisy tennis players

I do wish they wouldn't make so much noise when they hit the ball - I understand about effort and aggression psychology but in my day they could play good tennis a great deal more quietly

Keeping fit..

Have just decided to get myself fit again and bought a mountain bike. Just wanted to know how to build up gradually without any nasty strains etc. I want to cycle to work eventually which is a 20 mile...
