oooof that's one stress off my shoulders. Shughy got his six month check up today. He is terrified at the vets and has to be muzzled and forcibly sedated to get anything done. Its horrible for everybody. Today I got the vet to visit at home and it was totally different. He treated her like an old pal, let her listen to his heart and feel his tum and was generally his normal happy self...no lead, no muzzle, just plenty of treats. My hat is off to the vet who has seen him in full eat the vet to get away terror, yet she still made a fuss of him and put her face right next to his to check him over.
