I have never tried it but a friend of mine puts moth balls down and they say it works. It's worth a try.
Leave it out for say an hour where it can be seen at a particular time of day .The cat will pick up on this .Bring container in after use .Just bread and milk dont go to any expense .Bread and milk might be bad for cat I dont know what crackpot idea the researchers have come up with now but it just might work
Where do you get moth balls from?

Yes good point . Don't know but I will looking in the supermarkets and shops when I go out just for curiousity. I would think you might get them in garden centers.

wonder if somewhere like b&q does them ?
Moth balls do the tricks spread them around your garden
Do you know where we can get some from middi?
google your request and see the huge body of similar posts with the various, and largely unworkable, answers. A shotgun is the only real answer.
Coffee grounds and citrus peel works for me - cats hate the smell of both and as they're both biodegradable it won't harm the soil either
moth balls are hard to obtain the surgical instruments required are so tiny
zzxxee, - You sure its a cat, only cats mostly like to cover their poo, I can understand it digging up the garden but leaving a deposit on the lawn mmm?
Have you seen it doing it? Perhaps its Fox's.

there are even more powerful ones than this and they are fun to watch.

Essentially anything that they detect, in humans, that gets in the way, the nozzle turns, pressurises that water and zap!!!

B00 is right lion poo, we have a friend who collects it when the circus is in town, apparently in the fields not far from where she lives. 'fraid you'll have to join a circus or live near a zoo.
or ask the Marquess of Bath to send some to you 1st class in a brown enevelope.
