It seems we're not getting any changes on AB 'til after xmas so I've set up a grotto for us. Sorry it's a bit like a scene from Great Expectations but I've sprayed a few cobwebs silver & blown the dust off me doileys so please come in & sit down.
What do all the biddies/grumps want to find in their wrinkly stockings this year then? Do you like all this festivity or will you be the grumpy gran/grandpa from hell this year?
Please feel free to take a present out of the bran tub as you leave by the way. Contents may be unidentifiable....oops sorry...be varied.

Morning Biddiegang

Well I wrote a long posting last night to Shaneystar and it disappeared, so there were a lot of expletives and I went to bed!

Basically, it was about the tin arranging. My son, accompanied by me, did a huge shop at Morrisons the other day. I put all the perishables away and left everything else to Mr G. My larder is now all arranged in sizes of tins, packets and jars! I always put the things I use most at the front, but now I can't find anything.

Master G and I have totally given up on the dishwasher as when we fill it Mr G rearranges it - so now he always get the job.

My pots and pans cupboard has been arranged in size order, as has the cleaning cupboard. Under present circumstances with my back, I now have great trouble in getting to anything.

Why can't he do this in his ****** garage!!!!

Question Author

Morning all - having a laugh at your rant gessoo. My brother in law has to have their cupboards tidy too but he does do a lot of the cooking so I don't think it's too much of a problem. His idea of heaven is a load of snap top plastic boxes so everything is stacked neatly inside ....and definitely nothing on the work tops.

Well it looks like you'd all better keep your thermals on - some Russian weather heading this way apparently...hope there's plenty of soup in the scullery cupboard.

Mr Pickle you're a monkey sneaking in late with your cheeky pics......wonder whether they've arrived at Vinny's yet? He'll have to board up his bar.

Morning Biddys.Well we have E.Bay.....but now...Wellcome to the launch of ...Biddy-Bay(B-Bay)

B-Bays..First Auction

Item no 1....Yes its Pickles weekend Outfit...

here Item no-2...This was received from some russian guy..who wrote Объявления. Опубликованы перечени"bloody vibrator" научных"no s*x" мероприятий mr gessoo..!!um..he seems very angry....

HERE

We except any types of money from groats(netti)to dollars(dolly)He He..(:)

Morning all. Mr W isn't a can (or anything else) organiser but I think he is from a two dimensional universe as he has great trouble understanding why everything can't be at the front of the shelf or on the top in the drawer.

Does anyone lese have sock fairy in their house who takes socks out of the laundry bin (where I am assured they were put) and hides them under the bed or in the bathroom??)

still and all, he puts up with my bad habits!!

Morning Woofgang

The Sock Fairy must have a real party every day in Master G's room, together with the Boxer Shorts Fairy!!

Hi Pickle and Robinia.Have put a big sign up on the the Devon border"Devon closed today due to maintenence work"Please feel free to go to Derby or Hastings,as a warm wellcome awaits you.signed pickle and Robinia,,,Ha.Ha..(:)
Question Author

'Fraid it's too late Vinny they won't see that - they should be 'dropping in' any moment now......have fun !!visitors

woofgang I have the coathanger and biro fairies in my house - I think they're building a new dome with them somewhere.....

Morning fellow Biddys
Damp and dull here (again..sigh.) in Norfolk. I was up at the crack of dawn this morning as I had to get Shane out and organised as he has been picked up to go to the groomer.
Very quiet without him and the postman asked me if I had gagged him !
So..I am not alone with the tin arranging! Perhaps we could set up a tin arrangers club .I am not logical enough to load a dishwasher either..Mr.S. guards it with his life.
I have a lot of Fairies here too..socks and pants Fairies ..the wet towel chucked on the floor Fairy and the shoes slung in the hall Fairy.
Yes Robinia it looks as if we have to get our liberty bodices washed and ironed ready for some cold weather.

Vinny..what have you been up to on Ebay..no wonder I can't find the knitting pattern section.
Well..I am off to lurk round Somerfields and watch old chaps picking over the bananas !!
Have a good day all.

Old chaps picking over their bananas, eh Shaneystar!!

My goodness, I have Wet Towel slung on the floor and Shoes Slung anywhere Fairies. I also have fairies who leave little piles of paper, bills, junk mail everwhere, and fairies who think that the kitchen table is a place for putting everything and anything.

When I watch these TV programmes about super duper minimalist homes and what you should do if you want to sell your house, I despair. However, if people really lived in these houses where on earth do they put anything - they obviously just come home at night to sleep and go out again the next morning very early in order to breakfast in a cafe. Where do they sling their clothes, etc, when they go to bed at night because sometimes all the bedrooms have is a stripped wooden floor, a double bed (duly decorated with cushions) and some bedside lamps. Some don't even have any wardrobes. Another rant..............sorry.

I am sitting here for half an hour on my new chair with the back warmer on. Am trying to do some housework, but it sure is a slow process. It's very frustrating. I know my friend is coming tomorrow to help, but I have to clean up first!! My menfolk think I am mad.

Does anyone watch Corrie. Mike Baldwin is always forgetting words these days in the Altzeimers storyline. I am always doing that!! Should I be worried - it stops me mid sentence on many occasion? I hope our online doctor isn't about.

mind you I did refer to a helicopter as a kangaroo once and I was only 19 then......................................
