Bah, have been home all day feeling light-headed and forgetful - suspect I took my gout pills without enough food to soak them up or something, missed out on a reception, didn't do anything useful all day except sleep, am feeling a very grouchy biddy indeed. jno it's strange you felt like that yesterday because I did too, I could have slept on the clothes line & all I wanted to do was snap everyone's head off.....still feel a bit fuzzy & panicky this morning, I'm sure the weather going up & down is part of it all.

apologies for drifting round in me yoga pants (never been to yoga in my life) instead of tweed slacks but they're nice & comfy for my aching back
