Eyebrow threading

Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

I love the dog story .Sad that the poor thing was poisoned though.
The temperature has dropped here considerably now and it's raining .
I took a leaf out of Robinias book and have been doing some sifting and sorting and have amassed two bags for the charity shop and slung another load of crip in the bin .

It was our bin day today & mine was heavy. I saw him look inside but all crip was bagged and he didn't rummage around ...you know what they're like 'ooh, we can't take that...' I've still got more to sort but I think I've got 'like with like' together.

It's rained most of the day but tomorrow's looking better than they first said.

Poured here for a while. Sister went to Tai chi so I settled down to watch tv in the conservatory with the door open to the lawn and two blasted wasps flew in, I tried to battle with them, but gave up and fled to study!

That's a lovely story about the dog. I hope the person who poisoned her is rotting in hell.
We have had very little rain here and need more.

well well well, Tesco's are doing Key Lime Pie ice cream. I wonder if I can manage to wait till tomorrow before having a little taste?

I love lime ice cream, I make my own lime mango and ginger. My current bought favourite is Judes salted caramel ice cream from waitrose.
We had a bit of a squall come through earlier, no thunder but the dogs got anxious. This thundery summer has done them no favours. Hopefully they will realise that rain doesn't always mean thunder. Its funny because they were fine last night when the rainy weather was heavier and stickier.

Hope you're all ok this morning .I've been up since six but the electricity was out .It came on again about ten minutes later though.I don't know how long it was off .
Coolish and dry weatherwise. Just having tea,toast and drugs .Off to the market at Beccles soon.See you later.

Morning all, very cool but brightish..think I'm going to have to swap the flip flops for slippers, they don't work with socks.
Well the only thing round here with no power is me, just one cool damp day and I feel like I've been hit by a truck, it's a one stair at a time job :(....and why do you sneeze when everything hurts? Shaney if they sell jars of Godhelpme at the market pick me up a couple please.

Hope everyone else is chugging along nicely, if you've got any unwanted heat trapped in your closets waft it this way.

Robinia is history? Oh dear, and I liked her pretty smile. Well, looks like BBQ weather today - cool and showery - but as we are going to a BBQ, I suppose we can't complain. Faraway Essex, here we come, brollies in hand.

Considering all the good weather there have been very few BBQS near to me. They must have dumped them in disgust last summer.

Good morning all. We got up this morning to torrential rain and anxious dogs. Each time it rains they are a bit less worried so I think that they will get it sorted in the end.
i couldn't do history...those funny clothes and split knickers would be the end of me, I am better in the now.

It's got out lovely and sunny now ,so have chanced my arm and pegged out .
Got lots of goodies,veg ,fruit,eggs etc and a crab . They didn't have any jars of Godhelpme Robinia .
Will a jar of Jesuswept do or a packet of Damnandblastit :)
Yes this sudden drop in temps does nothing for the aches and pains .I stoked up on Ibru before I went out along with Imodium ,thyroid med ,statin and anthistamine .I must rattle along !

ooh, they'll do shaney thanks...I've just done the lotto online (I prefer to have the ticket in my hand) and if my numbers come up I think Ill be off to a place in the sun for the winter.
