Am I expecting?

Last had period circa 09 April, but commenced Rigevidon around that time. Towards the end of the 21-day pack, I began to experience severe breast tenderness, fluctuating mood and extreme fatigue so decided not to take any further tablets. I didn't really have what you'd call a withdrawal bleed - more like a bit of spotting. I have been off through pill for 3 weeks now and there's no sign of a period, though the aforementioned symptoms persist.

I didn't take the Rigevidon as rigidly as I should have done and experienced some diarrhoea during the first few days of taking it. I now have a bloated, hard lower abdomen and an inexplicable aversion to foods and drinks I've always loved. I cannot stomach wine right now.

Two tests have come back negative, the last one being last Tuesday.

All sensible advice/insight welcome.

I doubt that you are pregnant..............I know you well, you are one of my favourite ABers, but i feel that you are going about becoming pregnant in an almost hysterical way.............although I appreciate your reasons.

Shagging 24/7 is unlikely to get you pregnant anymore than getting back to a normal routine of sex....i.e "having it when you feel like it" and not because you "have to"

Pregnancy? what do I know? I am a bloke.

Hello darling.

The increased physical activity lately isn't just about baby making, it's just a huge increase in libido, especially on my part.

I am not hysterical about the subject, but would like to know asap if I am expecting, as I would need to make some drastic lifestyle changes.
I'm crossing my fingers for you and BJ xx

6 weeks of no lurve means a lot of making up to do for lost time :-)
NoM too often and his concentration of little swimmers will fall... share a few cold showers instead....

But if you keep forgetting the pill... don't worry your subconscious is telling you what your real priority is... and there are some lovely maternity wedding dresses... and you can hide the bump with a big bouquet... if it happens it happens...

Alba, we accidentally had sex after 5 weeks. Lol.

Rowan, Norfolk enchants of a wedding whilst pregnant!!
As to Sqad's point about frequency, I do think that women's libido goes up when pregnancy is on the cards - my ex was rampant for each of our baby production sessions......didn't complain mind you; shame it didn't last longer though.
Accidentally is conjuring up such an image. Who tripped and fell on whom??
Question Author
Lol. It was an accident, I swear.
Why dont you make the lifestyle changes anyway?
Fingers crossed NoM xx
What like woof?

Stop eating pate, soft cheese, mayonnaise, fish....and the list goes on......

I don't want to stop eating sushi just for the sake of it.

The other thing that's been noticeable is an increased urine output.
Well but don't those risks start at conception? So if you are ttc and serious...?.
I didn't pay heed to the warnings anyway. I don't eat enough of any one thing for me to be concerned...

The risks are very very minimal.
ditto!

why not get all the hormones out of your system before trying for a baby anyway?

good luck!

I go to the sauna.regularly and scoop Alfie's doings up on a daily basis. Those are just two examples of thing I would need to cease doing.
assuming that Alfie is a cat, provided you practice normal hygiene, maybe use disposable gloves the risk is very low....actually same applies if he's a dog.
It's a dog...
you dont need to give up sushi or picking up dog poo when you are preggers
just use those throwaway gloves and some hand sanitiser afterwards
