Visceral Buzzing?
25 Answers
Sleep paralysis is something I have been afflicted with on and off throughout my life but recent attacks have included a frightening "vibrating" sensation and I felt something was trying to pin me down and hurt me. The feeling only subsided when I stopped fighting and allowed my body to relax and let the feeling pass over.
A quick Google brought up "Visceral buzzing" which can be associated with sleep paralysis.
Does anyone have experience of this?

I don't think I had a vibrating sensation only that I couldn't move someone was sat on top of me, I eventually 'gave in' and relaxed completely, then it went away.
