Zopiclone 7.5 Mg

Is this supposed to work straight away?
I've been taking it for a couple of nights now, just before I go to bed at ten, but am continuing to wake up at various times during the night.
I seem to be able to go straight back to sleep, but it's still interrupted.

Is it supposed to be instant or do I have to give it time to get into my system?

My late husband was prescribed Zopiclone and it used to knock him out virtually, before he climbed the stairs.

Chrissa, I'm so, so sorry to hear that, genuinely :-(
It had that effect on me last night. I took it, and withing half an hour I couldn't move. I literally got into bed and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

Still, it's an awful loss to have to go through, regardless of time :-(

jno, yep, the trick is not to concentrate on it so much and just 'go with the flow' :)
I think alcohol seems to effect it dramatically, so I'll give it a miss this eve and get back on with it tomorrow.

I also have a few in my bedside cabinet left over from more difficult times. I took one by accident a couple of years ago thinking it was a travel sickness pill then set off with OH to get take-away pizza. On the way back I apparently started talking jibberish and then zonked out in the car. Frightened my poor partner to death!!

Haha! Sorry to laugh, but apparently that's what I did last night.
Decided to call my Mum at ten pm, and was talking nonsense.

Poor Mother... :)
