Pain

Since coming out of hospital, pain steady but now getting worse. Taking morphine, Zapain and Lorazepam.
Just want to be unconscious and go to bed. Don't want to go back into hospital. What could they do?
Really distraught.

I know you're probably sick to death of hospitals Theland, but it really needs to be checked out. Ring doctor first thing in morning. Keep strong x

T, you know if the prescribed medication is not effective and the pain is getting worse, you need to get medical advice. Sorry .

Nowhere near enough information.
What dose of Morphine are you taking, what dose of Zapain?
Are you coughing and if so what sort of stuff and colour are you coughing up?
What was the final diagnosis on discharge?

You’re taking all of those meds and you’re still in pain? You really need to phone the hospital.

Theland, don't even think about pegging it just yet mate. We've got some serious debating to do...
Seriously though, hope you get sorted soon health wise. Cant say that Im praying for you because I aren't (how could I?) but thinking of you nevertheless.

30mg Zapain 8 per day.
Morphine 2.5 mg 4 per day.
Lorazepam 2 per day.

Still on antibiotics and steroids as well.

That is a modest dose of morphine which you could well double up upon.......
However if you are still in pain this morning, then go to A&E.

Just seen this Theland. Can't help much with the medical side, but I'd take Sqad's advice. Bad news to return to. I will, however, send up a prayer or twoif that's OK? :)
