Sorry not to get back sooner on this subject. Have read all the posts and suggestions. Think I need to change my sleep pattern which has gone haywire during lockdown. Not going to bed until 3 am, getting up at 9.30 am. Always fall asleep on the settee about 7 pm for at least an hour than binge watch TV series. Not good. I did dream last night as usual, but not a nightmare. Quite elusive but there were people in it that I used to work with back in the 80s. Not sure what that means but it was quite soothing for a change.
