What causes cramp in toes?
8 Answers
I'm prone to getting cramps in my toes (never anywhere else, mind). Usually around once or twice a month I'll get cramp in one of two of my toes and it's really difficult to get rid of it. I end up pacing up and down for about an hour trying to get rid of the pain! What causes cramps like these and what can you do to cure it?

Obviously the warm down thing doesnt really apply to toes, which seems a strange place to have them.
To overcome a cramp you should stretch the muscle that is causing the discomfort, for example if it was in your leg you would stretch your leg out and have someone press agaisnt the ball of your feet to stretch the leg muscles further.
so you should apply that concept to your toes.
