I dont know how long you have had yours fitted but i had mine fitted in 2003 and it took about 3 months to really settle down, but then what a difference, instead i have periods so light i can get away with pantie liners! instead of mattresses (as my daughter would say) the only thing i do find is that they are so irregular, i might not see anything for 2 months then have spotting that may last for 2 weeks then stop and start again within a week, but like i said its so light i can cope with that. I know this device does not suit everyone as it didn't help my friend much.
