mnko-just remember whilst life seems very fickle and seems to have delivered you a bit of a bad hand just remember that it can also change for the better. I would strongly advise though seeking council. Belive me once you just told someone of your troubles a great deal of weight seems lifted of your shoulders.

You need to stop looking at the downside, and see that despite everything you've been through in the past, you've come a long way and have a good life ahead of you, with your wife and kids.

If there is something that has gone wrong recently, look at in context with all the problems in your past. If you could overcome those, surely you can get past this one too. And you are not alone this time either. I'm sure your wife and kids care for you and will support you 100 percent. The rest is up to you.

simple bit of advice for anyone feeling depressed...have a nap... it's the only way you can actually forget all your troubles and when you wake up you'll feel refreshed and more ready to face any problems...always works for me anyways

hiya mnko. i just got up this morning feeling great and i read this thread and im both shocked and sad but also optomistic that people, who really want to, can withstand a lot in life. my sis is my hero. she was so very happy with her husband and new baby when her husband fell asleep with a cigarette, he burned to death, she managed to crawl through flames with her little baby and got out. she was left with nothing. she was found naked in the street with not even a pair of pants surviving the fire. she went through a terrible time, as well as the family. But she kept going, she told me in confidence that she had a choice to try to save her husband, or save their daughter...anyway, i still think she is the bravest person i know and i hope you can be brave too and hopefully get some help. please continue to post because i for one (there will be many others)really do care.....have a great day mate!!!!!!
