Initiation test for Newbies?

Due to the recent influx of newbies, I think we should devise an initiation test. How would we test them and what should we do to the ones that fail?

Brilliant idea Sasha, but can we have a weight restriction on that one? The thought of some 25 stone bloke with moobs with his kit of....yuk!
Maybe the short clip could have them dancing. I always say you can tell a lot about a man by the way he moves on the dance floor. Anyone that dances like my dad or who went to the "one foot nailed to the floor" school of dancing should be banned.

mrs_overall - I don't mind watching the vids first and filtering out the dross before submission to the AB panel for consideration. The way I see it is most of them would prob give me cause for hysterics - all good!

I need to keep one foot nailed to the floor when I dance for a stable base to stop me spilling my pint and its always useful to know exactly where one foot is at all times so that's not allowed, on the grounds of it being unreasonable.
