Initiation test for Newbies?

Due to the recent influx of newbies, I think we should devise an initiation test. How would we test them and what should we do to the ones that fail?

I would of though most newbies come on here for some good old advice you would scare them away having to test them, i know i would have been.

Is he really, I did not know that! Well I'm Welsh, so I talk a bit funny too! Can't think of any welsh males (appart from my hubby of course) that I fancy - Possibly Iwan Griffiths from the fantastic 4, his father was my headmaster!
