Initiation test for Newbies?

Due to the recent influx of newbies, I think we should devise an initiation test. How would we test them and what should we do to the ones that fail?

My hubby was in RRW - now 3rd battalion of Wales. He was in for 13 yrs but lost a bit of heart with it.

Ratters, I am good, but I don't know why or how to find out why i've had some stuff banned. I honestly didn't put anything bad at all????

It may not have been your answer that caused a problem, it may have been the whole question in which case your answer would have gone with it. go to your profile and look it up.

Don't worry too much andrea love , you may never find out why but you can rest assured it doesn't mean you did anything wrong . I have had several answers banned and haven't written anything that should get my answer banned , but have posted in several questions that have ended up banned , so got caught along with everyone on that thread . Of -course I can be rather too chatty I admit .........lol :-)

OK, the initiation is going to be: you are all going to be tied to a ducking-stool and submerged the duration of submersion will depend on how attractive you are for the females, (the ugly bints will say down!!) for men: Johnlambert is just going to hit you with a bolt from his stun-gun or cattle prod the amount of shocks given will depend on your loyalty to David Bowie, any total Bowie Freaks will be endlessly subjected to frequent shocks until you fancy Amy Winehouse!!!
