I've got a crack right on the corner of my mouth, and it ruddy hurts, especially when I try to eat a cake from Greggs that's slightly bigger than gob size (yes even mine!). It bleeds and is seriously affecting the taste of the fondanty sugary goodness.

What can I put on it? The crack I mean, to the cake.

Help please, my calorie intake is in danger of slipping under the several thousand per day i'm used to :-(

i can't believe you nearly fell for it, i though you were joking at first, omg i'm crying actually crying

i use vaseline :-)
Vaseline will keep germs out & keep the skin soft

However, cake crumbs will stick to it.......
Google....Angular cheilitis.
Vaseline for sure.

Yes I believed you McFluffy!

As jokey as my post is, i was after genuine answers, i did stick it on B&S afterall.

I really did think it was a real solution.

You're just plain mean.

Will do sqad, though i'll have to copy and paste it just to google it, can't even say that, nevermind spell it.
Have to agree with vaseline. Its thick and will stay on. Just make sure you don't accidently apply vicks vaporub instead.

Oh and gimme the cake, I haven't had any in 4 flippin weeks and I'm gagging!!!
well I'll be serious for a minute B00...just the one mind...
Do you by any chance use those little pokey brushes to clean inbetween your teeth? I realised I was 'sawing' the corner of my mouth when I used them near the back and that's what had caused mine.

could be Robinia.

Mr Boo reckons it's his fault ive got it. I've already told him to stop being so revolting and I WILL be putting Bromide in his cup of tea later, he's getting giddy again.

Tiggs- o cake for 4 weeks? That's just plain wrong! None on your birthday? I could weep for you, i really could, except it'll hurt my gob.
sorry, i hang my head in shame and shall go and sit on the nuaghty step for half hour
I did have two very small wedges of chocolate cake for my b'day B00. They were off those small cakes you get from M&S. I did incorperate it into my strict calorie controlled diet though.
make some buttercream icing and stick the crack back together with it :)

I like the way you think bushbaby!
Ah, I get those every now and again, B00. Apparently it's usually down to a vitamin B12 deficiency. Frigging kill, don't they?
"Apparently it's usually down to a vitamin B12 deficiency"
