Suspected cheating

Hi Guys,

I have a feeling my wife may be having an affair. Shes secretive with Facebook and her phone. I found a mobile phone number written down which I know i wasnt meant to see.

Is there anyway of checking if that number has been used? Either as a call or text?

Im so gutted but dont want to confront her til i have solid evidence.

I dont know her online account password or username for her phone bill. And i doubt T Mobile will disclose that info

Please help.

Well, you dont have any...... and it might be just completely innocent, so would'nt do anything until you do.

If she is, you'll find out eventually....if you confront her and she is'nt...........whoops!

You don't actually have to ask her outright if she has a bit on the side.

Just say to her in a calm manner that you've noticed some changes and want to know if everything is ok, then see what her replies are to your concerns.

well said milly - don't go barging straight in there efences - use your noggin abit mate and take the right gentle approach to start with, not the bull in a china shop approach, which could backfire on you.

Oh Oh, what makes me think that a question in Law - possibly criminal..... may be next up.


If she is.....talk it through with her, maybe get some professional help, and see if marriage worth saving............nothing else, efences.....

She's secretive with her mobile, it's always on silent and only reads her texts when you're not near her?

She's definitely having an affair then I'm afraid

I say this because I have had affairs where I've behaved like this

.....and just because the person you are having an affair with knows you are at home with your OH doesn't mean they won't text you because they do - they can't resist it, they hate the thought of you being with OH and want to communicate with you so they take the risk and text you

Are you just a jelous suspicious person? Have you ever had reason to suspect or had proof of cheating before? Has the relationship changed? Im a female and usually go with if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, well you know the rest. Just becareful how you handle the situation and what the result might be if you do find out she is having affair. Could you get over it, would she want to continue in the marriage. Once you open the can of worms its immpossible to put them all back.

Same as Joko....I have nothing to hide but if he went through my phone i'd be fecking hopping mad. If my phone went off when both in the room I'd say the nearest person has to get it...but to do it behind my back....he wouldn't dare.

I am probably secretive with my phone, but that's just because it's MY phone and any messages are for ME. Usually it's my best pal telling me things about her life that are private and I don't want anyone else knowing her business. I also don't have a message tone because it annoys me. I wouldn't be happy if anyone else answered it because I'd never dream of answering anyone else's - it's their private phone and their business.
