Well on track this week, only half a kilo away from desired "end" weight and I've been out on cycling a lot in the sun. Strips you of unwanted wobbly bits that does! Hopefully I'll be able to achieve my desired weight and stick to it until I disappear to the other side of the world.
Pleased most of you made it to the new section! Remember: you've got a whole section to talk about weight and dieting issues now, so you needn't restrain yourself to the weigh-in thread (unless you wish to).
