Well like the temperatures outside my weight has been up and down lately. I'm sure it has to do with me being "lost."

Not had a good 2 weeks I'd gained when I was weighed last night - I've been unwell 'Bronchitis' and didn't feel up to messing about with cooking so have been eating the proper things and then I was away. So I'm hoping to get back on track again this week.
I don't understand why our diet thread isn't showing on here - I have it as a subscribe thread like wendilla.

Well on track this week, only half a kilo away from desired "end" weight and I've been out on cycling a lot in the sun. Strips you of unwanted wobbly bits that does! Hopefully I'll be able to achieve my desired weight and stick to it until I disappear to the other side of the world.
Pleased most of you made it to the new section! Remember: you've got a whole section to talk about weight and dieting issues now, so you needn't restrain yourself to the weigh-in thread (unless you wish to).

well done wendilla. Staying the same is still good. Ive been up and down by a couple of pounds for the last 4 weeks. I seem to get on the right track according to my scales and then even though Ive been good ( honestly) it goes up the next day and then annoyingly after Ive been to the weigh in, it comes down again. It reminds me of when you are going to the docs about something and when you get there the pain has gone but comes back when youve arrived back home !!
Ive been doing quite a bit of cycling this last week as OH is in training for a 10k run in Hull on May 15 and he runs and I cycle alongside to pace him. We`ll be going out again tonight before I go to SW so I hope it will help me.

I know, its so maddening wendilla.
I aimed for a 2 stone loss by the end of Feb and I was bang on time and so I aimed for another stone by end of May and so far since end of Feb Ive lost 4 pounds. Cannot understand it as I cant really do anything different toi what Im doing. Im varying all my food and doing exercise. It was working, so why isnt it now. Its not as if Ive nothing to lose as Im still at least 2 stone off my ideal weight, but I would be over the moon with just a stone off !!
