Lol xstitcher what a brilliant idea, sign me up!
Glad to report I've lost another 2lb this week, making 6lb in 2 weeks at SW.
Going away for a week all inclusive on saturday, so will have to try my best whilst still enjoying it. I'm going to try to relax with the food and see what happens. Just in case, will someone save a place for me on the naughty step - I might just need it.
Well done to all our losers.
Have a good week everyone. :)

Hello Everybody, here's a tip. I bought a diabetic cookbook from the Amazon Marketplace the other day (nobody here in the house is diabetic) and it has really good healthy recipes and they are all broken down so you know how many calories, carbs, fat etc you are getting. I bought mine because I was looking for a book that used the sweetner that I use, but I think it is something we cooks could look into....My book is called Fit-it and Enjoy-it Diabetic Cookbook. The only backside is that it is American and we can't get all the ingrediants but supplementing them isn't difficult.
Congratulations, Jan, that is brilliant and to you too Notafish. I lost 2lbs this week but it was only the 2 lbs I gained last week so am no better off really. I am beginning to find it very difficult. Was fine until I had the two days away last week and eating out. Just can't seem to get back into dieting mode. Have a terrible craving for sweet stuff again.
Congratulations to all losers and a special HOORAY for Jan on reaching your latest milestone. Fantastic, so proud of you.
I'm the same weight again this week but thankful for that as I was away with family for five days last week. We had some good home cooked food but it was impossible to avoid cheese or desserts without sounding rude. The minute I got home I switched back to my fruit and veg, but what with this short break and the cooler weather, I'm struggling too spotit3.
We mustn't buy anything bad and get back to our rice cakes with haste!

Surprise for me I have stayed the same.
Jan you are an inspiration to us all.
Spotit you have achieved something at least you did not gain or stay the same.
Kiki half pound off is the right direction.
Maidup I am a bit stuck too but it is always better than a gain.
Must try harder for next week. Onwards and Downwards
