I've got it!!!! The magic way to loose weight....we all sign up for Strictly and by Christmas we'll be only shadows of ourselves....Ed. can be our mananger....
Lol xstitcher what a brilliant idea, sign me up!

Glad to report I've lost another 2lb this week, making 6lb in 2 weeks at SW.

Going away for a week all inclusive on saturday, so will have to try my best whilst still enjoying it. I'm going to try to relax with the food and see what happens. Just in case, will someone save a place for me on the naughty step - I might just need it.

Well done to all our losers.

Have a good week everyone. :)
Have a good holiday Kacee and I hope you can enjoy all the eats and drinks without the naughty step when you get back. A 6 lb loss in 2 weeks is something to be proud of. We'll be waiting to hear your report when you get back.....

Oh by the way, dibbs on Anton lol
Well done Sheenamf, Wendilla and Xstitcher. I am definitely on the naughty step this week as I have gained 2lbs. Not too annoyed though as I did eat more than normal and am not too far off my target. Will try to lose the two this week.
Hello Everybody, here's a tip. I bought a diabetic cookbook from the Amazon Marketplace the other day (nobody here in the house is diabetic) and it has really good healthy recipes and they are all broken down so you know how many calories, carbs, fat etc you are getting. I bought mine because I was looking for a book that used the sweetner that I use, but I think it is something we cooks could look into....My book is called Fit-it and Enjoy-it Diabetic Cookbook. The only backside is that it is American and we can't get all the ingrediants but supplementing them isn't difficult.
Correction....title of the book FIX IT AND ENJOY IT
Good Morning All,

Just the same and not surprised hmmm. I hope the rest of you will be doing better than I am. I think that I'm getting dilly dally about it all and need to be shaken up.
I thought the scales were behaving themselves since I moved them to the hard floor in the kitchen, but apparently it has all been an illusion. They tell me I have gone up 2 lbs over the last 24 hours resulting in a total weekly change of up 1 lb. >:-(
OH DEAR OG your scales make me dizzy.

I have not weighed this morning as I had to leave the house early and I forgot .Will weigh tomorrow.
Xstitcher at least you have stayed off the naughty step.
You're a busy lizzie Wendilla. My sympathies OG. I really should be joining you on the naughty step. I haven't been the least bit good.
Good morning everyone. I have lost half a pound and very happy about that. I have been having more fruit and that has been helping.
I'd eat more fruit, but I find I'm too full up after the pies.
OG now we know why the scales are dizzy too.
Going the right way with half a pound notafish.
Well done notafish.....good feeling eh what!!
Well done on your loss notafish. I am very pleased as I have lost 3lb to take me to exactly 7st lost now. Another 3st to go yet though which I know is going to get even harder but I'll get there.
Congratulations, Jan, that is brilliant and to you too Notafish. I lost 2lbs this week but it was only the 2 lbs I gained last week so am no better off really. I am beginning to find it very difficult. Was fine until I had the two days away last week and eating out. Just can't seem to get back into dieting mode. Have a terrible craving for sweet stuff again.
Totally gobsmacked that at Slimming World this evening I had lost half a pound after two weeks of drinking ouzo in Greece. And yet I put on a pound the week before frantically trying to attain that "bikini body" (I failed, by the way). Weird.
Congratulations to all losers and a special HOORAY for Jan on reaching your latest milestone. Fantastic, so proud of you.

I'm the same weight again this week but thankful for that as I was away with family for five days last week. We had some good home cooked food but it was impossible to avoid cheese or desserts without sounding rude. The minute I got home I switched back to my fruit and veg, but what with this short break and the cooler weather, I'm struggling too spotit3.

We mustn't buy anything bad and get back to our rice cakes with haste!
I will try, Maidup, but definitely feel this week is going to be a struggle. Thank goodness for the support from people on this site!
Surprise for me I have stayed the same.

Jan you are an inspiration to us all.

Spotit you have achieved something at least you did not gain or stay the same.

Kiki half pound off is the right direction.
Maidup I am a bit stuck too but it is always better than a gain.
Must try harder for next week. Onwards and Downwards
