Well done everyone who lost. I can join you as lost 2lb this week making it a total of 100lb lost now! Getting there slowly but surely.

Brilliant Jan! Slightly late checking in, and managed to put on 2lb this week, though as I was eating out (or away) on five occasions this week no real surprise there. I think my get up and go, got up and went, as I have been feeling less than best for a couple of weeks. Move over on the naughty step, and I'll try and get my motivation back!
Just the same
Can't complain....

Good Morning All,

The above isn't true of course. I am not at all satisfied this week but know I deserve it. I hope the rest of you have done better.
After staying the same for a few weeks I have now lost 1 LB. This is due to cutting out the bread again. Gone back to the french toast which I can only get at Tescos to have in the mornings with an egg. Also had more veg meals this week.
Xstitcher I know the feeling well staying the same, But we still keep trying, Better luck for next week,
Down 2.5 lbs allegedly <shakes head>. Been away and so not so careful for a couple of days too. Had not expected to weigh less than a week ago.
Good for you, Wendilla and OG and at least you haven't put any on xstitcher.
I am surprised that I have lost 1lb this week as I found it very difficult and ate quite a few things I shouldn't have. Coming near our target date xstitcher.
Well done OG and Spotit a pound is a pound in the right direction I just wish I would not stay the same for a few weeks but better than a gain.
Whoa spotit....it's you and Wendilla who have a target date for various reasons I couldn't join in...
Thats right xstitcher. I am 6 lbs of my target date at the end of October.
Well done Wendilla and Spotit, and especially OG for your big loss. Never mind Xstitcher, I kept staying the same but have lost a half pound last week and a pound this week. I'm really pleased, and put it down to the fruit I'm having at tea breaks at work.
Sorry Wendilla and xstitcher for getting the two of you confused! Doesn't take much, mind you.
Morning everyone. Welll done again to all the losers. Managed to lose 1 1/2 lbs after a week away all inclusive so really really pleased. Did loads of swimming there too though. It's been really easy since joining SW, just hope it'll continue as it seems too good to be true.
It's also helped a great deal coming on here and knowing that lots of us are in the same boat and even if we've had a disappointing week, we're not judged harshly, but encouraged. That makes such a difference for me.

Hope you have a better week, xstitcher.

Good luck for next week everyone. :)
Hi all

I'm a bit late posting this week, but I did weigh on Wednesday. Unfortunately still no change and I'm really stuck now. I'm not going to lose heart and will keep trying, I'm sure i'll get moving again soon.
I'm stuck to spotit so we can commiserate together. I was thinking that I need a goal and just thought that it might be a good idea to start thinking of Christmas goodies. I don't want to have to give them up so must loose ???? in order to be able to eat my turkey and the trimmings. Last year I stayed the same which used up A LOT of will power.
Spotit, I don't mean that I'm stuck to you I mean that I'm stuck too........it's too early in the morning aargh..
Know how you feel, xstitcher. I am lying here wishing it wold get a bit lighter so that I could take the dog for her walk. I have 4 lbs to lose in the next 2 weeks to meet my target but have doubts as to reaching it. Would love to lose a bit more so that I could over indulge a little at Christmas time! :)
Well walking the dog is good for you spotit....I do morning exercises which I dislike because they keep me from jumping out of bed and starting the day.....silly excuse but there you are. I think that later today I shall post one of my lo fat but good recipes..that might help out a bit......
You're doing well kacee and I'm glad of any help we can give you. Keep up the good work.....
Look forward to seeing your lo-fat recipe, xstitcher. Walking the dog has definitely helped me, in lots of ways. If it is too wet and I can't go early in the morning I get withdrawal symptons!!
I will post it tomorrow. At the moment I am going cross eyed trying to book a flight for us to Spain in Jan. I have never used this airlines before so it is a completely new format and I keep making mistakes aargh...
