Dos anyone know where I can get this mail order please, my usual supplier doesn't seem to have any?
Just to be clear, I am not interested in alternates unless they are also a version of Canadian Club, or (and I mean this nicely) opinions on my taste in alcohol.

Many thanks

I can't have been doing it right. The third time I tried it worked and my poor worn out body just fell asleep where I sat. Have just woken up wheezy and had another puff, I think I might after all be going to survive
Good morning, oh poor woofy, glad it worked finally - I could never use it either, but I guess it must have helped.

Most uncomfortable night, bed was very hot as have sewn the 2 duvets together, Mr N wanted to read in bed at 5am and the cat was driving me mad in, out, in again , out again!!

Robi hope you are better today, and shaney, have a good time but I expect you will get very tired.

Hello jno and jude!

morning all, still here still breathing, isn't medicine wonderful?
I have just remembered I am lunching with a disreputable (and I mean that in the non-nicest way) former colleague... it must have been his silver tongue that did it. I remember when I retired the company gave me some farewell drinks. When he reitred they provided a full formal dinner hosted by the big boss and several sub-bosses, and with the big boss of a rival outfit in attendance... and he wasn't even flaming retiring, he was being sacked. I don't know he does it.
Morning all, bright 'n sunny, blue sky but best of all, the wind has dropped. Hurray.
Hope everyone had a better night. The only experience of ventolin I've had was with the boys. Tarquin for extreme hayfever...and Ozzy for croup when he was about 4. It saved him from having to go to the hospital in the middle of the night, our lovely doctor was with us within about 10/15 mins. Those were the days. It is all in the breathing action as you pump it. Hope you're feeling better today woofy.

I thankfully don't have the cold/cough, I just keep feeling wobbly and knocked off my feet as in flu. And aches and pains are driving me to despair...but one must soldier on. :)

Speaking of breathing...please keep doing it, lol....if you're into relaxation breathing I've finally found something that really works. It's the 4-7-8 regime. Lots on google/youtube if you want to know more.

Oh dear jno, how did you get drawn into that?...grit your teeth, but not too hard. There's always one...
oh dear, no one wants to be post no. 666....or maybe....

I have been asleep and eaten proper lunch. Its amazing how far away from normal you can get without realising it.
I can hardly get into AB at the moment, justs keeps buffering, doesn't happen on other sites!

A bit on the chilly side today (15º), I have managed ti find some earring backs after visiting every jewellery shop, and € shop, and a quick unpick for my sewing, now want a black bottom sheet, but suspect it'll have to be a dye job!!
well done woofy, keep it up!
well done woofy, keep it up!
well done woofy, keep it up!
well done woofy, keep it up!
well done woofy, keep it up!
this is really getting ridiculous, I defo only clicked submit once.

I liked getting multiple encouragement :)
Lol...I often say to myself 'I wonder what it's like to be normal'
I'm sayin nuffink but probably sayin nuffink several times!!
Not to worry Neti at least you know you're repeating yourself.
Keep your chin up Robi get well soon. You've only got to ask if you want anything from the shops. Wouldn't take me many minutes to nip round for you.
Yesterday and today I've been visiting. A Friend I used to work with at the Hospital in the 1960s came from Durham to,stay with her sister so went over for lunch and a good catch up and today I went to see another friend I made when she taught me word processing in The 1980s. My introduction to Computers. That's why I've not been around. Also called into M & S pick up some jeans and a jumper. Steady gave me a gift card to spend so I went mad and spent it all in Per Una. I love their clothes.
Off now to get my desert. Natural yoghurt, mashed banana, dried fruit, given 30 seconds in the mcrowave then a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top :-)
Have a good night all and hope you feel better Robi and Woofy. You must be a very patient person Jno to meet up with someone you think is disreputable.
Neti I can read in bed at 5 in the morning. I get up usually about 7 in the winter so if I'm awake and don't have to get up earlier I read or listen to the radio. Later gaters

Evening all
I'm glad to see you're all breathing and that Neti is still repeating herself.
