Just to be clear, I am not interested in alternates unless they are also a version of Canadian Club, or (and I mean this nicely) opinions on my taste in alcohol.

Probably Neti, they are humorous little elves. Definitely on the up here. Have been walking round the garden with the dogs which i couldn't do before because the cold air made me wheeze. I haven't used the inhaler since last night either. I think I am going to hang on to it in case it comes back.

Oh hahaa ....love those exercises .
I've found the culprit after we chucked 200 odd tea bags away .It was the milk carton.We don't use much milk and I only have a splash in tea .I use a
almond or oat for cereals etc.,so I get those small packs of long life skimmed .
I usually decant it into a small covered jug.But ...Mr S opened one yesterday and left it in the fridge in the carton .After sniffing round the whole kitchen I sniffed the milk carton ..what a pong,so out that went . He nipped out and got a new pack of tea bags and some fresh milk and all is well .Mystery solved .
