Why do people go for fast food such as Macdonalds, Ketucky?

Why when there is other delicious, tasty, healthy alternatives in the same vicinity such as in shopping centres, do people insist on queueing for the usual rubbish? People are so stuck in their ways and won't try anything different.

I have to admit that I find the smell of subway off putting. But I love a big mac and fries once in a while.

I used to love Wimpey Quaterpounders, still do infact, that's why I would eat them, not that often though mainly a birthday treat. Infact I was gutted last year when I discovered that the last local one had closed.

Anyone who thinks pasta and salad or even pizza are delicious and tasty needs their head examining

Having said that I usually go for a sandwich meal deal - anywhere but Tesco where the choice is too limited

i love a maccyd's. subway okish, kfc, bk rank.

my takeaway of choice is fruit salad and normal salad, 99p for a small pot, fill up at sains in the morning, brekkie and lunch sorted :-) (now tell me that's not healthy)

I like the fillet o fish....which I think is quite bad.

I'm not too keen on the burgers because they fall apart...And I'm not a big fan of eating with my hands. I'm a weird like that...

Meatball sandwiches are common in the States. I know I had them as a kid. So don't knock 'em! ;-)

I loved wimpeys! My dad used to take me there once a month when I was a kid. He hated McDonalds cause you couldn't have real cuttlery and he said that coffee was 'sh*t' so that's where he used to take me after we went to St James to feed the birds. Sad to hear it has closed.

Almost everyone has knocked 'em, but I adore KFC, and I'd go there above anywhere else, though a subway does come a close second. I'd look at you horrified if you suggested a salad pot to me- do i look like a bloody rabbit???
