Does anyone have a recipe for this, similar to the way its made in Indian restaurants? (as opposed to homemade, if u follow) Thanks in advance

Went looking for this a while back and found the following recipe.

I've never tried it without the extra readers sugestion at the end, but if you follow everything it's fab.
