Mums made it- its whole peeled tatties- we always steam them...

The mince im sure how she makes it is onions carrots and mince all cooked up with onion gravy xx

(and you need a "dipped peice" =bread n butter dipped in!! Soggy gravy bread mmmmmmm) xx
