Oh Sausages!

took sausages out freezer lastnight and put in fridge to thaw as my sis coming for tea. something has come up and i may have to do her tea on friday. will they be ok then?

I'd eat them on Friday without any worries - as long as they're kept in the fridge and well cooked!

im gonna try them friday. cant give to dog, dont like dogs so havnt got one.

I would, 4get, sausages last pretty well.

I would not eat them reheated because they are reconstituted, ground up bits of pork, bread, whatever. I would worry about them being dangerous if not heated properly. In the same way, and for the same reason, I would never eat a warmed up beefburger.

It's just the way I am.

I agree with Tilly2.Meat,especially pork and chicken should only be cooked once.Otherwise it will attract E Collie and or Salmonella.Leave in fridge and cook on Friday.

Will never know if they lasted in fridge as long as 3 days because I cooked them lastnight. My sis can have something else Friday and I had sausage sandwich for lunch.
