More and more I am coming across "wild garlic" in recipes. I have not been able to find this item locally. Can anyone help? Does it really matter if I use ordinary garlic? Advice please!

When you use wild garlic, you use the leaves and flowers generally.

you can grow your own but be careful it can take over where it likes to grow! Mine is in a big pot.
