Forgot to mention MAKINAMESS that I drizzle oil over the potatoes and butternut squash before drizzzling the balsamic vinefgar - I now use Rapeseed oil in all my salads and other roasting, etc as it is very low in saturates - it has become harder to get recently as Sainsbury's no longer stock it but Morrison's do and it doesn't have the stron taste we both found in Extra-Vigin Olive Oil
