depends on your taste, but i make up a large mixed salad bowl (celery sticks, tomatoes, peppers, onions, low fat pitta bread, low fat bread sticks and suchlike), then have a selection of low fat dips at the ready (reduced fat mayo, salsa etc). There is a large selection available at the shops - make sure they are at the ready in the fridge or you will find yourself nibbling on things you shouldn't.... also if you nibble while you are preparing these it don't matter ! Thats my worse fault, nibbling at stuff i'm preparing. Good luck in your diet..
