low carb bread...how do you make it?

i have seen websites that offer low car food, including bread, for people on atkins etc...but how do you make it?

i have a bread maker and thought i might give it a go...but whats the difference? is it to do with the flour? sugar? yeast? is it special flour?

anyone knpe where to get this?

If you google low carb bread recipes you will find a website (can`t remembr the exact address) but its lowcarbdiets.about.com Has some interesting variations using lower GI carbs such as flax seed instead of wheat. In some cases some of these breads are much healthier than the usual wheat varieties.
