Certainly better than turkey mince Pasta. I have a bologneise sauce made up with it in the freezer and am going to use it to stuff some peppers later this week. I found it edible, but can't say I liked it as much as beef mince.
I find turkey mince too sweet after being used to beef and pork mince, but like some of the others I switched to it for dietary reasons. A beef oxo cube in with it seems to solve the problem :)
