What are the pros and cons of kids playing video games. Especially on a kid plays for 4 -5 hours a day.

i have been playing a game on the 360 for a while now but today it the 360 kept saying that the disc needed cleaning. I have checked the disc and it is clean, and even wiped it over with a soft cloth....
